Todd brings a collaborative approach to strategic efforts intended to convene practitioners, strengthen communities of practice and build collaborative capacity.  He supports collective learning through focused questions, structured invitations to participate, devising prompts for engagement and ensuring that insights elicited in collaborative conversations drive collective meaning-making.

Supporting collaborative inquiry and experiential learning design as a co-curator for the Interactives track of the Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference Los Angeles 2024

Devising and facilitating a workshop with the Forum on Workplace Inclusion (Minneapolis)  introducing design methods for cross-industry collaboration among diversity practitioners in North American industry in 2023

Co-convening and co-facilitating leadership perspectives supporting a Mellon Foundation funded initiative of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD). In partnership with AIGA this brought 12 leaders from education, industry and social practice together to address bias across design sectors and identified potentially collaborative levers for change in the immediate and long term, which were published in 2024 as “Collective Forward.”
